Visitors share the experience of a diver under a metre of ice or that of a wasabi producer. They meet a very young karateka and accompany a young maiko to her first tea ceremony…

The Director - Pierre Goismier
Pierre has extensive experience of making museum films and documentaries for television. He has particular expertise in creating audiovisual shows and immersive installations for cultural institutions.
Most recently, he produced the audiovisuals for the Cité de la Gastronomie in Lyon, including ‘La Table’ – a show based on cult scenes from the cinema.
Pierre Goismier also produced the 180° audiovisual installation for the Picasso Primitif exhibition at the Musée du Quai Branly – Jacques Chirac; an audiovisual fresco for the entrance to the Musée de la Romanité in Nîmes; an immersive panoramic film for the permanent exhibition on the future of the city of Brussels; the Nausicaa “History of Islands” show trail; the “Roaring 40s” sea storm simulation attraction at Mare Nostrum; “The Little Prince at La Géode” Omnimax film projection. A keen photographer, he has produced several works for the Rencontres Internationales de la Photographie d’Arles, including “Vanishing Point”, Jean Baudrillard’s take on photography, and “1968 as seen by the Magnum Agency”.
ORIGINAL MUSIC - Audrey ISMAËL
Audrey Ismaël is a French musician, author, composer and scriptwriter. She has been composing for fiction (cinema / television) for several years. In particular, she worked on the music for the series “Les Grands”, which won awards at La Rochelle in 2016 and 2017 with Bastien Burger, with whom she also wrote the music for the film “Chacun pour tous” directed by Vianney Lebasque in 2018. Together, they won the 2019 Best Music Award at the Festival de la Fiction TV de la Rochelle for the third season of the series “Les Grands”. She is also a co-member of the band Smoking Smoking, whose debut album “It’s All About Love” was released in 2014 by Universal. In 2018, together with Olivier Coursier, she wrote the soundtrack for the film “Gueule d’Ange” directed by Vanessa Filho and selected in the Un Certain Regard category at the Cannes Film Festival.

Today, the GEDEON group wants to share with the public the adventure of science, relive the great moments of history, raise awareness of the workings of natural ecosystems, and introduce visitors to the greatest civilisations, in exhibitions of a new kind, of which POMPÉI and JAPON are the first examples, by developing new modes of immersive storytelling in settings specific to each theme, with the aim of sharing with the public real experiences combining demanding content and great spectacle.
