What will I discover during the Jam Experience?

How long does the experience last?

The exhibitions last around 50 minutes.

The concert experience lasts 1 hour 45 minutes.

 

Where does the experience take place?

The Experience takes place at JAM CAPSULE, located inside the Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles in hall 5.3. Signs inside the park will guide you to the entrance of the capsule.

You have direct access via Gate B at the footbridge next to the Novotel,

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

The experience takes place indoors.

 

Is the venue air-conditioned?

Yes, the venue is air-conditioned.

 

Is the experience adapted for the deaf or hard of hearing?

JAM MUSIC EXPERIENCE is a very strong visual experience. It can be enjoyed by people who are deaf and/or hard of hearing.

 

Will food and drink be available on site?

Food and drink will be available onsite during the experience.

 

Can I bring my own food and drink?

It is forbidden to bring food and drink into JAM CAPSULE.

 

Is it possible to take photos and videos during the experience?

Yes, you can take photos and videos without flash and for private use only.

 

Can I sit on a seat during the experience?

A few fixed seats are available in the lounge area, but not in the projection area.

 

Will there be toilets on site?

Toilets are available close to the experience.

 

What am I not allowed to bring?

It is forbidden to bring :

  • luggage, suitcases or bags that are too bulky.
  • pets (except guide dogs)
  • weapons and ammunition of any kind
  • tools, in particular cutters, screwdrivers, spanners, hammers, pliers and pruning shears
  • aerosol dispensers (stains, paints and lacquers)

Do I need a smartphone to buy tickets?

No, you can buy your tickets on www.jam-experience.com and print the QR code on your ticket. This code must then be presented at the entrance to JAM CAPSULE.

 

Where can I buy a ticket for the experience?

Buy your tickets at our jam-experience.com ticket office. It is also possible to buy your tickets on site, subject to availability.

 

What are your discounted rates?

Reduced rates for over-65s and under-18s

 

Who is eligible for the solidarity tariff?

Disabled people, RSA -ASS – minimum old age pension, guides / Sesame pass, ICOM card, ICOMOS.

Our reception team will ask you for proof of identity. You must also book your ticket on our jam-experience.com ticketing service.

 

What is the price for people with disabilities?

We apply the solidarity fare for disabled people.  Proof of disability will be required on site. You will also need to book your ticket on our jam-experience.com ticketing service.

 

Are there group rates?

Yes, we have group rates. 

 

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are available from the box office subject to availability. We strongly recommend that you buy your tickets online at jam-experience.com.

 

Do I need to print my tickets?

No, just show your ticket on your mobile phone.

 

Can I transfer my tickets?

Tickets are not personal, so you can transfer your ticket to a third party.

 

Can I access a slot other than the one shown on my tickets?

If you turn up for a slot other than the one shown on your tickets, you will be refused access.

 

Can I postpone my session or get a refund?

Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable. However, they are not nominative, so you can transfer your ticket to a third party.

 

I’m a journalist. Do I get free tickets?

Yes, press card holders are entitled to free admission on presentation of their card for the current year at the ticket office. Our reception team will ask you for proof of identity. You must also book your ticket on our jam-experience.com ticketing service.

 

I’m an ICOM card holder, can I access JAM CAPSULE?

Yes, we accept the ICOM card. Our reception team will ask you for proof of identity. You will also need to book your ticket at our jam-experience.com ticket office.

 

ACCESSIBILITY

Is parking available close to the event?

Car parks are available subject to availability. 

We recommend car park 6, which is the closest to JAM CAPSULE.

How can I get to the event?

  • METRO: line 12, Porte de Versailles station – exit 1

How much time should I allow before the time shown on my ticket?

We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes before the start of your session.

 

What happens if I arrive late?

The session starts at the time indicated on your ticket.  If you are late, you will be admitted during the session.  No make-up sessions will be possible.

 

Can I bring a pushchair?

For safety reasons, pushchairs are not allowed.

The Experience is not recommended for children under the age of 16.

 

Is JAM MUSIC EXPERIENCE accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the venue is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.

 

Do you have a cloakroom on site?

A cloakroom is available only for the concert. Due to the vigipirate plan, bags are inspected before entry.

 

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed. Except for guide dogs.

 

Can I present tickets on my smartphone?

Yes, you can present your tickets on your smartphone.

 

Is this a permanent exhibition?

No. The immersive experiences in the capsule are offered for a limited time to provide you with a range of different experiences.
